Krishnan Rajendran

Krishnan Rajendran has hands-on experience in organizational change & development; designing and implementing new business models and organization structures, HR strategies and scorecard, and HR systems and procedures; and, transforming the HRM function.

He as been a practitioner; is a consultant, an advisor to organizations, and an academician.

Khrishan is currently consulting in the areas of performance scorecard, organizational structuring, aligning HR to strategy, transforming the HR function, competency modeling, organizational change and organizational capability building, and is on the faculty of the IPMI Business School, Jakarta, teaching courses in human resources management and organizational Behavior to the Executive and Regular classes.

He co-authored books on Intangibles contributing to Firm’s value, and Aligning People with Strategic Goals, and has also co-authored the chapter on HRM in Indonesia for the book, Changing Face of Management in South-East Asia published by Routledge of London.
